The report claims Liverpool submitted an offer of £64m which was swiftly rejected by Monaco. The Ligue 1 champions have made it clear they don’t want to sell Mbappe this summer but are said to have valued him in excess of £100m.

After securing the league title for Monaco last night, Mbappe hinted that he could remain in the south of France.
